The hot spots: every sale in BS9 for three years

Every sale registered with HM Land Registry in the BS9 postcode district since September 2023, placed on the map at its postcode and coloured by price. Click a dot for the address, the price and the date. The figures below the map are worked out from the same sales as you filter them.

Price per square metre by sector

Half of the sales in each sector fell between the lower and upper quartile. Land Registry sale prices divided by the floor area on each home's energy certificate.

What is a square metre worth here

Every sale in the sector, joined to the floor area on its energy certificate, which is what turns a price into a price per square metre. Put in a floor area and a sector and you get the range that sector actually trades at, from Homebinding's own reading of the register.
